OK so all you people that have been scammed by Chipdealer, what do we do. I suggest we e-mail each other so we can get in contact and I'll put together a list showing the extent of the issue. We can each send the list to our credit card companies so they can take action. If we get enough complaints we can start a law suit.

Lets put these people out of buisness and into jail

Here's what I do know about ChipDealer:

DJP, named Darryl Polo, had an agreement with ChipDealer to Ship Products and provide and manage a merchent account.

During some point,  he decided to keep the money in the merchent account, pretend to ship products, and reopen up his store www.Aplusmods.com. On his store, Aplusmods, he decided to sell products which were property of ChipDealer. Very quickly, he was caught and fire from ChipDealer.

He had refused to refund customers or return products, so customers during his time of operation were advised to contact their bank and aquire a refund.

I think his phone number is 248 941 7363 and address, Residential or P.O. Box is:

Not to say this story might not be true but Chipdealer has had slow service from the very beginning. Which with my experience was back in September and again in November. And slow service feeback is still coming in. If this guy was quickly found out and fired then the incredibly poor service wouldn't span such a huge amount of months... Unless he wasn't the only poor choice to make a CD employee.

But you guys have played the it's not our fault card far too much. It's time you take responsibility for what happens to your customers. You hire a criminal to ship your packages thats your fault and you needed to sue him on behalf of your customers and inform your customers of the situation as quickly as you found out what he was doing with your CUSTOMERS money and products.

Post that personal info again and you'll have more than an IP and an account closed.

Given Chipdealer's history, Rot's history.. Hacker's Hardware.. and other scams.. real or fake reps of Chipdealer.com should not come here with multiple accounts and throw stones at people.

We can't tell which of you is lying when it comes to the issues of chipdealer.. but we aren't going to let you use and turn XS into your shitting ground and post former employees or staff personal info here.

Next time I see that shit here on XS.. no one will even see CHIPDEALER name or site listed anywhere on XS anymore.. and ROT and a few other guys info will be posted as well.

NO MORE CHIPDEALER BULLSHIT.

All Shops.. sponsors.. or otherwise.. are expected to conduct themselves responsibly on this site.

I accidentally came upon this forum as I was looking for a telephone number to call this chipdealer.com company using Google search. And boy what a treasure trove I stumbled upon.
On 29 March 2005 I placed an order with them for 2 PS2 modified with free controller and memory (one each) and to date NOTHING, ZILCH, NADA.
Every month I write them an email and on one accosion I got an email saying that they received new stuff and that my shipment would be out in 7-10 days time. I was even given a FedEx tracking number. After one month and not seeing anything I called FedEx and was told that the number is a number they have for a package but FedEx was not given the package "as yet" to deliver to the customer.

My wife is after my throat as she saw right through it when the charges came on the credit card that this chipdealer.com is the one and same APLUS MOD. com. In Dec 2004 I placed orders for 5 PS2 for my 3 kids and two friends and I had to call my Bank to cancel the order as I was getting nowhere with them, so I guess after reading all that I have just read, it is off to call the bank to do the same again. My next call will be to the Better Business Bureau about this company.
