All I can tell you is the prices cant be beat. The Quality of the work is excellent. I ordered Premodded X3 on Sat. got it on Wed. Who ever says www.chipdealer.com is a bunch of scammers should be shot. I will always order from them in the future. No I am not affiliated with them. Please dont think twice if you are looking for a pre mod Xbox or Ps2!

Recieved my order #877 from chip dealer really fast, great deal and even free shipping on my xecuter 3, I even ordered a second chip from them because of the great expierence.

pretty bad :angry: ...stilll havent gotten my order even tho i preordered my x3. i email them and talk to them on their online help which comes on rarely. told me that they would ship out fedex 2day the next day but havent..talked to them on live again then told me my status and said it shipped out on usps priority, which now it has been about a week and still havent gotten it. i used the signature confirmation to track it on the usps website...tells me that usps was notified by its shpper that it would be expect to ship my package. well by that you dont even know if they really shipped it. pretty soon im canceling my order :angry: :angry: :angry:

Bought 2-250gb WD hdd's and received in 5 business days, tested on arrival and both tested fine. Emailed once over another order and had answer back within couple hours. Also received email when order shipped, tracking info would be my only request thou. Friendly emails, would definately recommend chipdealer to all.

I bough an mod chip xecuter 2.6 at chipdealer.com
its been already more that a week, and I haven't get 1 single e-mail
saying what is going on with my order...
the funny think is that they already charge my credit card with the money
and I even payd for shiping and handling...
I keep sending e-mails and not a single answer...
what I'm going to do is call my bank and disput the transaction
becose this is fraud...
I'm getting my money back and not making another tipe of business with this people....

I hope I don't have a problem. My original Xbox just died and my premod is the only thing that I can play on unless I buy another. Ordered mine on Oct 12th so hopefully it comes by next week.

ok FINALLY got my chip in

There apparently was a huge delay in the shipment of chips (being held by customs)

n e ways, after talking to NICOTINE` (apparently helpen wiht chipdealer canadian orders) told me about the problem, and personally took $$ outta his pocket to fix this error in shipping, i am GREATLY happy with there service, its nice to see sumone dig in there own pocket to get people there item, i totally take back everything i said earlier about this site, this is a GREAT site, im sure this one bad shipment wont happen again, and will be buying from them again, best prices, and VERY VERY VERY good support (when u know where to look for it) #chipdealer on mirc

and there WAS an error in my order...but im happy with the error, so im not gonna say n e thing about it

lets just say the long wait was WELL WELL worth it!

and ROT (i guess owner of chipdealer) nicotine does a sweet ass job man, i'd be glad to have sumone like him helping me out if i had a killer site like yours

Oh boy, my order is about 100 higher and I'm getting no response on my email or knowledge base question. I wonder how some people say that they got theirs in a few days and others have been waiting weeks/months?

Well I ordered from them last week so I hope I get my order. I never received a confirmation email. I figured it was safe since they were authorized dealers for Xecuter. Guess I assumed too much maybe.

I ordered a 250gig hd on Sep 16th because of the great deal.

A week later I hadn't received any emails since the receipt email which was auto generated. I asked the guy on IRC and he said it shipped the previous day. Two weeks later, still nothing so I asked him again and after a few emails he told me he shipped it that day by UPS 2 DAY Air. A week later and still nothing. I emailed him again and no reply yet (that's 3 days ago). So a whole month after I've ordered and NOT A DAMN THING! However, my credit card has been charged the full amount the day I ordered it. So unless I get some kind of refund or finally some day get the product I would've just wasted $132. Out of the dozens of orders I've made on the internet, this would definitely have to be the worst experience. BTW my order number is 572.

UPDATE: I've received a full refund, so I'm feeling pretty good. Needless to say, never will I consider thinking about thinking (not a typo) about buying another product from any site even related to them again. But I got a 250gig drive for $109 from Outpost (which quickly sold out), so I'm happy now.

depending where you are in canada, they should take 2 days approx for shipping..should receive them in time for the weekend

Overall, a good experience. Ordered an Xecuter3 from chipdealer, and got it about 3 days later. I can't complain on that part, but I did send an e-mail the day before I received the chip asking for shipping status. I didn't receive a reply from a person, but instead received an automated e-mail asking to use their new online support system. I'm guessing that the site is in the middle of transferring all support to the online component, but I think it still would have been nice to have received a reply. Other than that, quick turnaround

ordered a couple of x3 chips 2 weeks ago because of the hype and because of the "free fast shipping" they have advertised at chipdealer, but nothing received yet... they had no problems charging my card the same day, but i have a feeling i will have to call my credit card very soon.

this guy is a joke - dont trust him!!
