    I've seen on the channel that you've send out all canadian orders and I should have a tracking number in my emails which I don't. I find this really frustrating since this order was placed on the 30th of november and you personally told me you'd handle the situation with haste. Now I know you had problems receiving the parts from the US guys and u were sick at one point... Was I an ass about it? So why I am treated like this? I've been way too patient with you guys and we both know there is no legal action I can take against you but I assure you I'll put as much money I did in those parts I ordered so long ago into making your business look bad.... even tho from the reviews I see so far, it is already pretty bad.
 
    You can still fix the situation and send me my parts, I don't want extra stuff for my wait or another excuse, just the parts I ordered. This situation is in your hands and I hope you'll make the right decision about it.
 
    I'll even attach all the emails I got so far from you guys in case you don't have them anymore.
 
    I expect the situation to be fixed inside a week.

I had a great experience with Chipdealer. I ordered a chip, and started to get a little worried when it wasn't shipping when I expected, but I got on IRC and the chipdealer channel, and talked to jon, and he assured me everything was going fine. I just tend to be a worrier, so I don't fault chipdealer at all biggrin.gif

Every question I had got answered quickly, and I was amazed with the awesome customer service.

I recommend that everyone go to chipdealer for their modding needs, especially if you are Canadian biggrin.gif

Darryl,

I put in an order last week (Order #10774) for a Black Xbox X3 Control Panel.  From reading this board it looks like I will have problems receiving it.  I would like to know if this is going to ship by atleast Wednesday and if not I would like a refund or i'll try a charge back through my credit card company.

My chip is actually in transit by Fedex and i would like to say I oredred Yesterday (April 10th) and it's been shipped today (april 11th) so Good service speed shipping!

I would also tell you about the service I got with BigJon on the IRC he answered my questions fast and gave me an 5 star service!

I ordered a Black X3 Control Panel for the Xbox on April 7.  I received a generated email and a charge on my credit card but no shipment date.  I sent an email and left a message on voice mail but received no response.  Yesterday, I was sent an email with a FedEX shipping number, but this number has not worked so I'm guessing its bullsh*t.  From the looks of the other posters I will have to call my Credit Card company to issue a chargeback, becasue I don't think I will be getting my product.  I would also accept a refund of my money!  I brought something, I didn't make a donation!  If anything changes I would be more then happy to update or edit this post.  For now this sucks!

ShakeX, FedEX takes some time to update its tracking, it doesnt update instantly. I checked your tracking number just now and its tracking just fine.

Ordered X3 front panel with X3 CE modchip late on April 6.  Shipped on April 8th (friday).  Product arrived April 12.  Item came packed well, all is good.    

They refunded shipping overcharge resulting from fedex ground shipping  vs 2-day that I had specified.  (I live in the same state as they ship from)

Overall everything went pretty smooth and djp was pretty wasy to deal with on irc, answering quiestions about the transaction.

Still waiting for my order which DJP says he would personally check into.  Well what happened to it?  Even a VALID tracking number would be a good start unlike the 1st one I got from ChipDealer.com.

Am I upset.  Yeh.  Ive been lied to now since March 18th. Invoice #10362.

And what happened to the post I put up before?  This forumn erased my original post. All I want is my product, or my money back.  Yes, it is that simple.
