I have ordered a few things ranging from modchips, to custom jewels and painted cases. All are A+ quality with quick shipping. I wish everybody was this cool to deal with.

Never received a response from tech support. Would have been a big ticket of roughly $400. Oh well, atleast I decided to get a feel from the company before ordering. I'd stick to the companies who have nothing but good reviews.   smile.gif

Recently acquired the underglow kit, even though I paid for it over a month ago.  I am sure the product works fine, I just don't know how to install it.  I got a wiring diagram for the wires and the switch, but I am clueless on how it mounts to the bottom of the Xbox.

Do the plastic circles go between the box and the base, or the other way around?  How does it adhere to the Xbox?  How does the LED strip mount, and how does it secure so it doesn't fall away.

I searched the site and still didn't find any instructions on how the base mounts.

Help would be appreciated.

Thanks. mad.gif

Hey Iceman you need to step up to the boards and let people know where you are at and what is going on.

Are you still alive.........there are a bunch of guys pissed off and feeling like you ripped them off for $40 on underglow kits (which weren't that great anyway)

Step up and let us know what's up. You have been reported to ebay and to paypal. If you do not step up you will be reproted for mail fraud.

kit paid for on 12/01 and still no email.............thanks a lot for your service

We didnt anticipate the amount of buisness we had from the Feature we received from Xbox-Scene, those who have not received their products within 2 weeks will receive a refund, (from the order date, unless its a custom order).

If you ordered an Underglow and have not received it we were OVERWHELMED with requests for it, we could only put out 40-50 a week.

Also I do not know if this is common but in OScommerce we did NOT receive orders for some individuals. We did have money in our paypal that we were not able to match an order too, these became lost in the shuffle.

Please contact me directly at [email protected]

(currenlty as of 01/04/04 1045pm our host is down, so retry emailing in the AM)

QUOTE(Spidey7 @ Dec 28 2004, 05:16 PM)
I ordered and paid for a blue Underglow kit on the 1st of December. As of now (Dec 28th) I have not recieved a damned thing from Icemanmods. I have written him FIVE E-mails, and I have not recieved a single response from him. Finally, after the fifth E-mail went unanswered I had a friend write him an E-mail asking about about purchasing something from him. Iceman wrote him back WITHIN THE HOUR! He initially sent me a bogus tracking number that doesn't lead to anything, and he refuses to let me know when I can expect my kit THAT I PAID FOR A MONTH AGO! I finally asked for a refund (Yeah right. I'm sure that will happen) so that I could purchase an underglow kit from someone that will actually send it to me. I told him in the last E-mail that if he did not at least write me back, I would lodge complaints against him with PayPal and eBay (I bought it off of one of his auctions). And STILL no response, so I have filed formal complaints against him with both organizations. Don't get burned. This guy will be happy to take your money, just don't expect to hear anything from him after he's got it. mad.gif

You know, All it would have taken was a polite "Sorry we messed up. We'll ship out your underglow kit as soon as we can." But no. You refuse to apologise, or take care of the issue. It's not even like I or anyone else is asking for anything extra. I just want what I've paid you for. I guess that you or your brother count on most people just giving up after a while, but I'm not going to. It's not even about the money anymore. It's the principal of the thing. You rip people off. You ripped me off, and you refuse to clean up your mess. I found your eBay feedback from the account that you closed in July in order to start the new one that fooled me into purchasing from you. The link is here, http://feedback.ebay...erid=icemanmods but here's what it says.

And yet you claim that it's not your fault. It's your brother. Does it look to you like he's doing a good job? Those are just the people you screwed in the Spring. How many have there been up until now? I'll make it really plain. I don't care who's fault you think it is. Send me my Underglow kit that you charged me for, or give me a refund. That's it. It couldn't be any simpler than that. While you're at it, take care of the other people that you've ripped off too. The funny thing is that if you had just taken care of this after all of the E-mails I sent you, we wouldn't be going through all of this airing of your dirty laundry. Was screwing me out of $40.00 really worth all of the negative publicity you've earned yourself on the biggest and best Mod site on the web? Do you think anyone will want to buy from you after all of this? My Kit, or a Refund. It's that easy.

QUOTE(Spidey7 @ Jan 5 2005, 12:18 PM)
I HAVE E-mailed Mike. In fact, I've E-mailed him five times. 1) I've E-mailed him through the site address ([email protected]). 2) I've E-mailed him through His address ([email protected]). 3) I've E-mailed him through eBay. 4) And I've E-mailed him through your address ([email protected]). 5)I've had eBay contact him about the missing merchandise. 6) I've had Paypal contact him about the missing merchandise. 7) And I've SPOKEN to Paypal on the phone who confirmed that nothing was ever sent out. Despite all of this I have not recieved ONE SINGLE REPLY from him or you! Not one. On top of that I have run into a number of disgruntled customers who all have the same story. They paid you. They never recieved anything. They tried to contact you multiple times and recieved no response. It is a neat trick to blame your brother, and then say that you have no control over it, and there's nothing you can do. Do you talk to him? Since you co-own the site and you're related I assume that you do. Perhaps you could ask him to take care of all the customers who are growing increasingly angry at the way you've shafted them. "I have no control over eBay orders". Give me a break. It's your site that I ordered from whether through eBay or not, and it's your product that I still don't have. Call your brother. Tell him that he's doing a tremendous amount of damage to whatever reputation you're trying to build, and take care of this crap. I paid you on Dec 1st!!!!! When the hell can I expect my underglow kit. And don't tell people to "E-mail Mike", because he simply will not respond. He's proven that repeatedly. So it's up to you Marc. What are you going to do to get me what I paid you for over a month ago, and what are you going to do for all the other upset cutomers of yours I've seen, both around here and on your own site. The forum community is watching to see how you take care of this situation, and I'm sure that a number of possible future orders depend on your reactions.

I've been waiting over 6 weeks now for the HD disk.

I've read your excuses here on the site.. and on ICQ.

Run your shop like a professional, and ship the product promised. Don't use underlings as an excuse for being a poor businessman.

I expect a reply in my ICQ in the next 48 hours with a shipping tracking number.

My patience has run out.

Yup! Once ICEMAN found out that I had filed a complaint against him with PayPal he finally wrote me several letters claiming that his brother had screwed him by ripping off customers using his site, and he was going to fix everything. He was going to send me the Merchandice I ordered plus some freebies, PLUS a 50% refund. He was sooooooooo sorry for all of the misunderstandings, and "By the way" could I please cancel my Paypal complaint since it was all just a huge mistake. I did cancel it (Fool me once, Shame on you. Fool me twice, Shame on me) and of course, now three months later I still do not have anything to show for it. He once again does not return E-mails, or any other attempts to contact him. He has redesigned his site, and he is now accepting Credit-Cards so I'm sure that he's still ripping-off all sorts of unsuspecting customers. I went on his site and posted several complaints in his "Customer Feedback Forum" but he moderates it, so he just erases anything negative about himself and makes fake posts about what a great service he offers. He claimed to me and to others that HSDEMONZ was trying to rip him off by demanding merchandice from him in order to keep him on this site (Yeah Right!) and that's the reason that he was kicked out (For standing up to HSDEMONZ). Now he's again selling stuff on eBay, and selling merchandice from his web site. Please warn anyone that you know not to purchase from him. I only lost $30.00. I was lucky, but others have been ripped off much worse. He has no concience, and he will lie to your face repeatedly and then steal your money and your system. DON'T BE FOOLED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
