Does Brian have a phone number?  I've scoured the website but couldn't find a contact number.  I'm at work and have some questions and dont have AIM.  I'd like to get a modded xbox.

Order # 85

This was my 2nd time buying from bmmods, and once again service was great.  This is really the best place to get X Box mod stuff.  Forget about those other places with overpriced stuff. I will be back again,

Great service and excellent communication.  This was the second time I used him and he was great on both occassions.  I needed additional parts after I lost mine and he gratefully overnighted it to me at no charge.  You can't beat that kind of service!!  I highly recommend him and will use him again in the future.

Fig, robweber, jive, Rokan, vermilion and ronjon1006: We appreciate you taking the time to leave us some feedback!  Thank you for your support!   biggrin.gif

Manabyte, I do not list a public phone number via the website.  You can click the "Contact Us" button on our website and request a courtesy call or our number.  We prefer contact via our support system, but phone contact is not a problem at all.   smile.gif

I placed two orders with bmmods.com and was extremely happy with both.  Order 58 was a complete system overhaul including a 200 GB hdd, mod chip install and an increased volume case fan.  Order 84 was for a latter version x.PSU for a friend's box (that was hit by lightning).

The installer was prompt with email and IM replies, always helpful before, during and after the transaction.  He answered any and all of my questions quickly and concisely.  My completed machine (58) was returned to me within 7 days, and has worked flawlessly for several weeks.  I am extremely happy with the transaction.  While the bmmods.com prices are on the high side, I gladly paid more for quality parts and peace of mind.

The only caveats of the orders was that the stock hdd returned to me (since the 200gb was installed) had not been unlocked, so I will have to put it back in the xbox to unlock it and be able to use it in one of my older computers.  This negated one of my reasons for using bmmods, so I wouldn't have to mess around with the internals of the xbox.  Also, due to legal reasons, the installer could not put the mod chip bios nor an updated dashboard on the box ... which was a mild inconvenience as I had to do several hours of online research to get caught up enough so I wouldn't destroy my now pricey game console system.

I anticipate using this installer in the future for any of my xbox modification needs.

ricks, I'm glad you were satisfied with the install and parts you recieved.  I'd just like to make a note on the HDD which was left locked: I leave them locked b/c many people like to use them as backup HDD's for their Xbox.  If a customer requests that it be unlocked for other use, I have absolutely no problem doing that for them.  It is impossible for me to know what the customer desired (locked or unlocked) if they do not tell me.  smile.gif

Order #110.

Cheap and very fast.  I ordered the xbox with 2.3 Lite and it showed up lickety split.  I know if I had to do it myself I probably would have soldered my fingers off.  Thanks bmmods.  Highly recommended.

i've had some bad luck since my x2pro 1.0 died on me a few months ago. since then i have delt with modchipman several times trying to fix my xbox. Watch out modchipman.com overcharged me and didnt solder my xenium which caused it to move around which resulted in a screwed xbox to hell. all together i spent over 200 dollars for nothing but a broke xbox. since then i read all the great reviews on bbmod and have no doubt that his work is excelent i mean look at the ratings he has recieved on this forum. in my experience his communications is exceptional  since he kindly answered all the questions i had that he could on aim. BBmod just keeps it real as my friends say and i cant wait to get my premod xbox which was also the cheapest priced one i seen on the net. I dont think this guy can be beat on prices.  BBmod has kept me well informed on the status of things and the tracking number he gave me actually works which is a first in my experience. I will follow up on this in a few days after i get my premod hassle free.

Order# 91

Second order with BM and I recommend him to everyone. I wish every business was as professional as he is. He's always quick with a response if you have a question and his installs are second to none.

Great job BM!

Order #97

Brian is really good.  He answers ALL your questions on AIM and gives good customer service.  He did an awesome job installing the chip into MY (got exactly mine back) xbox.  The only thing is that i had to wait 2 weeks for my xbox to come back, though I can't help it because i'm in Hawaii.  GOOD JOB BRIAN, KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.

hey guys just a quick update on things. I've had a string of bad luck lately seeing as my computer got hit by lightning and now im using an old 200mhz pentium until i can get a new pc. I got the xbox i ordered less than three days after i placed my order. I was so mad excited to plug it in and see everything working superbly. I mean it was such a relief to have another xbox in my possesion. To cut a long story short i got impatient and loaded a bios i used when i had a xenium in my old xbox and it made the x2.3 to have a bad flash. Bryan offered good help and offered to put cromwell on the chip but i've decided after seeing his quick response time in the delivery. the good work on the box, and helpful with any question i threw at him to good ahead and get the xenium installed instead. Sending it off tommorow so expect it soon cause ive been spoiled by the xenium cant use the x2.3. bryan gets props from me mos def.

Poor Brian has no life. He seems to be online 24/7 to take and execute orders... and answers ever question I have ever had immediately. Bad for him, good for the rest of us. smile.gif
Of course, MORE than highly recommended.
