What can I say  biggrin.gif thoroughly recommend anyone to Chris, he is very helpfull and very prompt.  I was without my xbox for 3 days.  Tops!!!

I have already told all my friends with xboxes to use him if they get any problems and funny enough I recieved a few of his business cards with my motherboard, which I will be passing on to them.

Service Just Doesn't get any better, faster or friendlier than this. 10/10 for Comunication, Service and Delivery. My motherboard was repaired and sent back same day.

Can't recommend enough...

Excellant, spoke to Chris, very helpful.

I fried my mobo on a pinheader install and after speaking to Chris bought a new board with a pin header and D0 preinstalled, worked first time.

I have no probs reccomending them to anyone.

I ordered a PSU off them last friday so far i have had a response to say it was posted on saturday morning by special delivery when it did not arrive on tuesday (due to bank holiday) i sent an email of to which despite there policy of reply in an hour, i have yet recieved one a day later oh well i still hold out hope i will get it seen as everyone else says positive things but i am starting to get worried.

EDIT: It was post office fault in the end, sorry chris and thanks for the pm and email. The PSU worked first time and i have been playing on my xbox ever since, hence why i did not reply. The service is excellent give it a try.

Just as a reply to this customer

When we noticed this posting - having not recieved any other email, we imediatley emailed and PM'd him to ask if he had recieved the item so that if he hadnt we could chase the post office here as they have a guaranteed service.

As we have no record of this "nick name" as posted here and have had no other replies from him, we can only assume that it did acutally arrive.

Rest assured that as you can read above - we do anything we can to have happy satisfied customers 100% of the time, if anyone has a problem all we ask is that you call, text or email us so that we get the opportunity to put anything right first.

Just a quick point in response to the above -  It is more than likely a brand new board was shipped out anyhow. We fit the Pin headers and D0 lines as standard to all boards that are shipped out from us, simply to make it easier for our customers.
