Just as a reply to this customer
When we noticed this posting - having not recieved any other email, we imediatley emailed and PM'd him to ask if he had recieved the item so that if he hadnt we could chase the post office here as they have a guaranteed service.
As we have no record of this "nick name" as posted here and have had no other replies from him, we can only assume that it did acutally arrive.
Rest assured that as you can read above - we do anything we can to have happy satisfied customers 100% of the time, if anyone has a problem all we ask is that you call, text or email us so that we get the opportunity to put anything right first.
