Yeah I bought a premodded xbox from them about 2 weeks before christmas last year.

They managed to get it to be in time and i had it for my son on xmas day. God knows they must have been busy before xmas.

Customer service was good - and still is after buying a batch of 2.3blite+ chips.

Id give it 10/10!  biggrin.gif

Got a 2.3blite pre-modded Xbox from them a month or two ago, they provided good support and the service was fast.  Royal Mail lost the first Xbox that was sent to me, and as soon as they (Modconsole) found out, they sent another one immediately without any hassle at all.  I have recommended them to several of my friends, and would definately buy from them again.

Before i started on the xbox scene my dvd drive went and i emailed around seeing if anybody had any Samsung dvd drives. I emailed around the uk sites which sold any modded xbox parts and when they said they had one i was like great!! I payed the £50 through paypal and guess what, NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN!!

Emailed them several times and although i did not do it through the site, the communication was CRAP!!!

I would like a refund although it is almost a year on from those experiences!!

As this was almost a year ago they may have improved, but in the beginning i would have told all people to stay away from this site!

I ordered a crossover cable from these people,they sent me a network cable not a crossover .The cable i got from them had the clips broken ,so was no good anyway.Sent emails to them but no answer .
