Stop looking for those cheap modchip deals, because the 5 or 10 bucks more from a reputable site that garuntees delivery seems worth it to me. I mean Xbox-Scene always promotes at the top of thier header, so they are a good place to go. I mean this scene is a place we all come to advice for so continue on with thier advice for products. On the other hand the scene did promote Mastermods for a while and we all know how that turned out.

well, it wasn't that i was looking for a cheap deal, it was that i was looking for an x-b.i.t. b4 christmas
they were a newer site, and when i mailed them they sent me an almost instant personal reply regarding the b.i.t.s
but it's obvious now they're scammers, they have no shipping, privacy or security info
they haven't filled it out yet and they've been around long enuff
does any1 have any suggestions how i can go about finding them? errrr, better yet getting my money back?

well, it's many months later, and i still never heard a word from these people
luckily, since i paid through paypal.com, in was able to get my money refunded from my credit card company
some ppl bad mouth paypal, but... i'd be out $80 if i hadn't gone through them first
i'm sure that their paypal account got canned too
o well... just an update, it took a couple months to get back my money, but i did
peace

I put in an order on Monday, but my comp crashed
My payment went through, but according to their website I have not purchased anything
I sent them an e-mail, without realizing the problem with their website, and they informed me that thet had X-Bits in stock and it would be sent out wednesday via fedex
When I realized the problem the next day I e-mailed them and did not get a reply
i then mailed them a 2nd and 3rd time without getting a reply
it is now friday, i have not received the chip and have sent a fourth email becuz i have not received a reply
I don't kno what is going to happen, if they don't contact me soon, i'll be withdrawing my payment
and yes, it was confirmed by paypal.com that the money has been transferred
so, beware, this could be a big misunderstanding, or they could be scammers
i'll keep you posted
