Well, considering how nervous I was about sending my precious PS2 away to a stranger. I decided to try it myself. Well, after ruining one PS2. I decided to not even consider doing it again. So, I waited about a year till I finally decided to trust a chip installer.

I decided to look around and found chipinstalls. First of all, they seemed very nice, not like the others I contacted for information, and affordable prices. So, I decided to send it off to them.

And I couldn't be happier. They had excellent contact information (when they recieved the item, shipped, etc.)! It was a excellent experience. I'm thinking of modding my cousin's ps2 as well, and definetly know who I'll send it too. Hell. Might even send my X-box to get modded.

Thanks for the excellent service, chipinstalls! I hope the next generation consoles will be moddable, because I definetly will be sending them to you. I want you guys to stay in business for years to come.

Ordered my PS2 premod with DMS3 on Thursday morning, received it on Wed morning. Everything is good! Excellent business, quick order, would definitely suggest and do business again!!!

I bought a Pre-modded PS2 from these guys and received it in 1 week, It plays backups that my old one wouldn't and just works great. I strongly recommend their great service.

I ordered mine last Tuesday and fully paid online.
I have not even received tracking number after 6 days.
I am not happy with this service at all at this point.
I will definately update my progress here again.

I just bought a new version 7 PS2 for the third time

. After 2 failed attempts and breaking 2 previous units

I decided to have a professional handle it. ChipInstalls rocks!!!!!My unit went out wednesday they got it friday evening and it was shipped by monday. Thats some sick service!!! I got another PS2 to be modded and its going down to these guys. Thier prices are THE BEST ANYWHERE!! I got a dms3 mod installed in my PS2 from these guys. they were able to install the chip and get my console back to me in the same week that i sent it off! my ps2 runs great, so i would recommend them to everyone else.

The best possibly priced and best possible service around? I think so!

Great customer service, great turnaround time for my ps2. He mailed my ps2 off on monday, and I got my ps2 back friday. Keep in mind, this was DURING thanksgiving week. My ps2 w/ the badass DMS3 is working like never before.

Simply Amazing!

I sent him my V7 PS2 on a Monday to have a Magic 3 replaced with a DMS3. I received it back in the mail on Friday (today) Super fast. Plays everything perfect so far. You cannot beat the price either.

Had a version 9 playstation modified with a magic v. Owner frequently updates you on whats going on, speedy service and excellent work. Highly recommend him.
