I have had two experiences dealing with this company.
I ordered a 2.2 pro in sept/03 recieved auto reply in two days received track info for canada post that worked in 5 days recieved chip in 7 days.
Ordered a Xbit chip Nov5/03 no response at all, recieved invalid Canada post tracking number 3 weeks later, sent 2 emails in this regards, no responce. Wondering why first experience was good and second has been so poor?
I realize that there are often circumstances that are beyond a companies control, like lack of available product but it would be in their best interest to let their costomers know this.
I will update as I get more info.
