i hear ya disco, installed 2.2 pro last night, the led wouldnt even come on, installed correctly, just TOTALLY bypassed the chip!!

they better fucken replace the damn chip!!

that alot of money for such a small piece of plastic!

Stay away from this place. Very unprofessional. I ordered product Nov 16th, been getting the run around since then. Good thing I used mypaysystems, as I am getting a refund.  These people will not return emails or nothing. Bad way to run a business, why even bother......

I hate to say also this company running this business are lower than dirt doing this to us customers who want  what we ordered fair and square!!! I have already sent them numerous emails about my order also and no response at all. Pisses me the hell off!
my order number is 11422 and other number is 827511857. They also have my money and thats a crook if you ask me. I ordered the xecuter 2.2 lite kit. So my feeling about there business just suck! And I want my money back!

This company sucks...  it took nearly 1 month to receive my Xecutor 2.2 Pro chip only to find that the chip is a fucked up clone.  Rather than make the situation right they refused to acknowledge that the chip is bad and will not work with me at all.  

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.  There are many other good sources.

check this out as I was giving up on this I recv'd an email from mypaysystems that my order was shipped and also i was getting a full refund in 5 to 10 business days. So I still am waiting on what may come or not and if the refund happens.

.. I bought from these guys a month or so ago, recieved the "we have a problem with the programmer" email, then recieved my X2PRO the next day.

I come on here today and find that they're shipping home-made chips. Is there a quick and easy way to tell if they're legit or not?

I installed it, but havn't gotten around to programming it yet (all new to me.. )

email me, I need info.. I'll drive to this guy's door and bust some ass.

ok anyone having problems here...
i got some great news

i dealt with them a LONG time ago and i just ordered a matrix chip from them last friday... no word from them except the customary auto response

i emailed them today and if they do not respond i WILL post the phone number i have for them... i got it when i ordered a premod about a year and a half ago, and i told him i would supply the chip since it was when matrix shut down operations for a few weeks because of the legal mumbo jumbo

anyway i told him ups wanted a phone number and he gave it to me so after another week i started bugging them until i got my box

long story short i am about to pull out my phone bills and find this number and post it on here along with name and address

I have had two experiences dealing with this company.

I ordered a 2.2 pro in sept/03 recieved auto reply in two days received track info for canada post that worked in 5 days recieved chip in 7 days.

Ordered a Xbit chip Nov5/03 no response at all, recieved invalid Canada post tracking number 3 weeks later, sent 2 emails in this regards, no responce. Wondering why first experience was good and second has been so poor????

I realize that there are often circumstances that are beyond a companies control, like lack of available product but it would be in their best interest to let their costomers know this.

I will update as I get more info.

Customer Service? Evidently this isnt even a concept in Canada, j/k.. but really this company is shit.  I would never buy anything from these people again, and would not reccomend anyone else do the same

mad.gif I had a terrible experience with them.

#1) They are un-believably slow.
#2) They shipped me a Mod Chip 2.2 Pro to be exact that doesn't work.
#3) They sent out this email the other day saying they are not ripping us off but had problems with a address on the chip and a fix would be available at the end of the week, its been 2 weeks  dry.gif suprise suprise. You get use to this shit from them after awhile.


DO NOT BUY FROM THEM !!! BAD Xbox-ModShips BAD !!!

I will post again when AND IF they actually do provide me with a fix !!

Don't buy from these mofos they never respond to your emails when there's something wrong. Sure they got good prices, but it comes with crap quality.

I ordered 5(five) X2.2 Lites, and 4 of them were defective... the wire adaptor wouldn't fit in the socket of the modchip. NO RESPONSE AFTER 3 EMAILS

Got an email from them the other day saying that there's something wrong with their pro chips and if you bought one not to worry about what other ppl are saying like that it's a fake or clone, BUT THEIR WORKING ON A FIX! BS#@$

So i wrote them a reply back saying: Defective lite's, defective pro's i'll be sure to spread the word on your excellent service and quality. Low and behold.... i got a reply asking me what's wrong with my lites.... so i explained.... and shocker, once again no reply.

i had a great experience with them recently

lemme tell you how it went...

i ordered a matrix from them several weeks ago, got the normal 'auto response email' they send you(only one i recieved).  then i wait for 2 weeks and keep emailing them looking for some news or product and still nothing.  finally i get tired of it and put in a request through the company they accept payment through for a refund.

well i guess they just disreguard ALL email because there is a waiting period od 2 days before the refund is allowed, in which time they give the seller a chance to respond to your complaint.

NEVER HAPPENED!!!

2 days after the waiting period(4 days total) i got my refund to my account
then about a week later i got the chip!!!

excellent service, i might order bulk from them soon in hopes of getting a nice chunk of equipment free

WISH ME LUCK

btw, if it does happen i will be selling all chips i order for a whooping 15 dollars plus shipping
