well everyone, i must say, i am very very happy with this company.  i was scared shitless when i read this thread AFTER ordering over 300 USD worth of modchips.  but i gave them time and damn they were fast.  i odered on the 14th of January, and i got them the 20th.

i extremely happy.
i do not work for them, nor was i paid to post such things in league of all the other complaints.  but yes, my experiences with them were extrememyl good.

i live in canada and they shipped via UPS.

ALso.  I am really P/Oed with the way you people are trying to scam a company.  ONLY file for a refund if its taking a long time or your transaction is not working out.  If you JUST ordered, then file away for a refund, there's something wrong with the picture.  I say at least give them a chance.

I ordered mine on Christmas day, recieved a confirmation and still don't have anything. I have sent several e-mails with no responses.... is that long enough to wait? mad.gif

I ordered 5 chips add a USB adaptor around December 28th (now January 25) and I have yet to here from them, or see the chips.  I have email them twice, and have yet to get a response.  This is the second order I have placed with them, the first I order around the end of November (2 chips plus pins), about a week later I was getting concerned because I had to have these chips in by the middle of December, so I placed an order with www.system-mods.com at that time.  I package from system-mods showed up in about 4 business days and the package form xbox-modchips didn’t show up until December 19th (about a week and a half later) .  I would say if you need a mod chip, and if you can find it on system-mods.com (they run out of stock pretty often) buy your modchips from them, STAY CLEAR OF XBOX-MODCHIPS.COM

This has only been my experience I hope yours differs.

These guys don't reply to anyhting. Heres a rundown of my experience. grr.gif
Oct. 3rd I placed an order from them.
Oct. 4th I recieved confirmation and "tracking number?"
Oct 10th I emailed them about the status.....no reply.
Oct 17th I emailed them again......no reply.
Oct 24th I sent a letter through usps.....no reply.
Oct 31st I emailed them again.....no reply.
It had been five weeks and no real tracking ###(the ones that tell you were your order is not just "shipped") or email response from anyone but do you think they charged my credit card? Oh yeah!
I then sent them emails every day for two more weeks and then requested a refund from mypaysystems. Within 3 business days I recieved my money back because xbox-modchips were unreachable.....to there own credit card handler?....sounds kinda fishy to me. So a month went by and I totally forgot about the whole situation until I go out to check the mail on Dec. 26 and find a package from.......xbox-modchips.......containing you may ask? Well, absolutely nothing.....well, a very nice envelope and some top of the line packing material but no chip. It looked like it had been opened by our lovely customs who do just a fantastic job?!?!? Oh well, I guess life goes on.

I got a replacement, BUT IT WAS ANOTHER DAMN FAKE CHIP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am sick of these fools. I got a refund, but my Xbox has been virtually unplayable since goddamn November.

I ordered my chips on December 14th and have not seen them.  I was charged and everything, and then the package got stuck in customs.  The USPS girl contacted me and then tried to call them, and their number was disconnected.  She ended up having to send the package back to them.  This is a nightmare.  I am going to contact my Visa company and see if I can have the charge removed.  By the way, don't even bother emailing them.  They never respond, and I don't buy that their server was down.  If it were down, it would be from the email flood bitching about them.
