Well, surprisingly today, I recieved my mod chip in the mail. It was packaged in a small envelope with bubble wrap. It came with the chip, switch module, connecting wires, star washer, and pin headers. Is there supposed to be some kind of manual or intructions?
I guess I did get this for free, which is a plus for me, but I would have been glad to pay for it. If only they'd replied to my e-mails, I wouldn't have had the urge to request a refund. They sent me an e-mail telling me that my order has been shipped, yet they couldn't send MyPaystems an e-mail about my refund request? They had 48 hours to contact them, in which they didn't, so there's obviously something wrong. I mean, if you're not going to answer your customers' e-mails, wouldn't you at least respond to MyPaystems? I mean its THEIR money they're dealing with. I already paid them. Whatever. The chip works, and I'm happy, BUT! I will not risk this company again, mainly because they're in Canada. Stupid me, I didn't realize it until I ordered it. How am I going to fight a company in another country if they rip me off?
Oh, and another thing showing their carelessness. The item description on the package said "usb adaptor".
