Once ordered from them a while back (before they had their name change). An order fell through, and I told them I didnt want my unshipped order. Tried to accuse me of defrauding his company. I was under the legal age at the time, and therefore, couldnt enter a contract (buying online is a contract, like it or not). Eventually called my house, and my father answered. This guy taped the whole conversation, and threatened legal action (for the fraud thing). Law says that the person recording converstaions must inform the other party before recording, or it is illegal. Funniest thing, my father mentioned this law to him, and said to contact his lawyer. Guy stopped shipping anything to my province.

So yes, when this company doesnt get its own way, or decides its losing money (when it isnt), they do issue empty legal threats (Someone mentioned DMCA). I would avoid them at all costs. Anyone looking for a good dealer in Canada, I would suggest modchip.ca.

I recently ordered a MegaXKey from gocybershop.ca, they said it was 'IN STOCK' when I ordered it, and I was waiting for my tracking number the next day, never got it, so I checked the site and it said 'OUT OF STOCK' so I ordered a Matrix/Xodus from them at the same time and cancelled my MegaXKey. I ordered the Matrix/Xodus over night, but it took them 2 days to mail it out. I finally got it in perfect condition and installed it successfully. I have yet to receive my refund on the MegaXKey (7 days).

I've bought from them, got what I ordered no problems, thing I dont like about them is that they are in Canada but dont offer products in both Can and US Funds and compared to prices on other sites they are a rip off, especially for non-mod products.
So I would say shop around first.

Yah, got everything Ive ordered from them also, but had a crappy experiance with them once.
The website cgi form was taking forever to load so I clicked it again, and the guy called me on the phone and was a real @sshole about it, talked to me like I was a stupid internet newbie! I wont order from them ever again

I had a horrible experiance with this store.
On monday I ordered an xbit, on tuesday I checked the status of my order and it read "ready to ship" On wedsday I got an email telling me that I'd have to wait one week for them to get it in stock. Obviously the order status on their site is a lie to keep customers happy. I cancelled my order on wedsday and bought the modchip from gamershopusa or something like that. On friday I recieved the order that I had cancelled from gocybershop that wasn't supposed to be in till the week after. Now I have two modchips and two bills. Stay away from gocybershop they do not check their emails or listen to what you have to say.

This shop Sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! my girlfriend orderd me the xbox beretta light-gun from them 12/11/03 and as of today I still have not received it. the only reason she orderd it from this company was that it was out of stock every where else and they had it listed as in stock and ready to ship in 24hrs.  I gave them plenty of time before I got worried since it is the holiday season, but they didn't send anything saying if it was on back order or anything.   I payed extra for the overnight ( the only shipping they offered). I still have not got a tracking # and it took almost a week for the my info page to be updated with "order received". Are they trying to say that I received my order or are they saying that they just now received it??

My first e-mail attempt was replied with an automated e-mail response that was supposed to be followed up by one of their employees, but it never was. I just sent my second one today, and will see what happens.

She spent over $80 bucks on this and I didn't receive a birthday present from her because of them. I wish I would have checked the forums sooner. She payed with a credit card does anyone know the steps to file a complaint and get my $$$ back so I can order it from somewhere else??

I would tell everyone to order from somewhere else even if it cost a little more. This place does not have good a good customer service dept. or accurately portray thier stock on hand.
