well, im still hoping im not scammed.
i purchased an x2pro package from their site sunday, only reason why i went thru them is because their site says availability is "ships within 24 hours."

sprang for fedex overnight, also.
well, after they got my $71.77 U.S. (thru paypal), they sent me an email saying they were backordered. i've been emailing them ever since to either give me a day or refund my money, and they will not respond to the 6 or so emails im sending them daily...

until this is resolved, i would stay far, far, away.

i would not even post this here, would they have responded to me.

ok, i got it resolved after filing a complaint to paypal.

also, for the record, they said they were contacting my local authorities to inform them i was violating the dmca...

just to let ya know. if you would like to see the email, i will be glad to post it.

Yea, I e-mailed this guy named Jeramie a couple times. He actually replied and just said that they were getting it today and would ship it out and e-mail me a tracking number. So far, nothing. Not really sure about their reliability, but I'm sure they're backordered because it's pretty hard to get your hands on the Xecuter Pro 2 right now. Not even system-mods.com has it. They only have the Lite's.

I would be patient for now. If system-mods.com gets it, I'm probably going to try to cancel my order with gocybershopelectronics.com.

Ive dealt with them in the past both in person at their "brick'n'mortar" store and online order. Items recieved as described, would do business with them again.

i ordered a matrix modchip and a usb adapter fore xbox 3 days ago and i still dont have a tracking number it just says ready to ship. hm... i dont know if i like this site yet..and it says dont send emails for tracking numbers... kinda iffy if ya know what i mean

Guys, seriously - this place is a straight up scam. Do not buy from them!! I ordered an "in-stock" air cooler, and they charged my card the next day. After a month I asked for a status update and got the run-around for two weeks. I finally said f*ck it and told them to refund my credit card. That was two months ago... There are way too many other reputable sites to order stuff from. Don't even give these stupid f*cks the chance to rip you off...

Hmm im surprised u guys have been scammed by gocybershop. I mean, they do have a store in Waterloo, Ontario that sells the stuff on their site and yes Ive been there. So im pretty sure that these guys are very real and what they offer is real as well.

Fortunately, all my experience with them has been positive. Have u guys tried calling them? I doubt they can be that hard to get a hold of, as they do hold a physical public store...

I got a matrix chip from them last week, although I did have to wait a week for it to ship out (not complaining) I think sometimes there sites availability indications are just way off.

no im just saying that there site indicates some products as being able to ship within 24 hours (in stock) , but in my experience not actually shipping for a week or so.. (because they dont even have any in stock)

I bought a PSX mod chip from them for a great price (stealth 4, prewired for $6.50) and it shipped on time.

I guess im lucky that I didnt get ripped like you guys.
