Well, I ordered my X-Bit on Oct 16th.  I was told it would take three days to ship, on the 4th day my CC was charged and I assumed I was going to get a tracking number.  Well. 17 days later I have no tracking number I'm out $65 bux and I've sent out 3 emails all with no response.  The only reason I trusted these guys is because xbox-scene recommends them.  Over all I do not recommend.  This is a pretty poor way to run a buisness.  If I had perhaps got a courtesy email saying we are out of stock or something went wrong that would of been fine.  However they are refusing to even offer a response.

I would not order an X-Bit from them until you start hearing positive things from other people.

Avoid diveneo at all costs, unless you want to save $4 and not care about customer support/when you get your product.  Eveyone here that has posted a positive experience simply lucked out that they actually had product in stock.  I have no doubt that they will reply to orders and ship on time when they aren't lying on their site regarding inventory, if the market looks like supply is weak, count on being fucked.

I wish I would have read this thread before i ordered from their uk warehouse!

I ordered the xbit a couple of weeks ago...and their site said it was in stock....and that they would email me when it shipped out...and i gave it a few days.....and emailed them asking where my email was.....they said it would be a couple more days.....so i waited and waited and waited.....still no email....so i emailed them asking for my money back.....and that is where i am now.....i got an email saying they would refund me my cash....but no cash as of yet......
They were fast with the emails...with the exception of the one i wanted...heh...
They lied about having the chips instock......but i don't think i am gonna find a better supplier.......of the xbit.....i have looked around.....
sad thing is...is that i used the link that xbox-scene.com put up on their mod chip page.....i think they should remove it....

diveno sucks...but i don't think anyone else is gonna be any better..... sad.gif

Wow - this is the exact thing that I'm waiting for too - I ordered an xbit over a week ago - they were reportedly in stock, i ordered next day delivery - still waiting..... mad.gif

Emailed them last night - not expecting a reply until monday if ever.....

Just hope i dont have to fight to get my money back.

Haha fun..... I have that problem too.... When i order my X-Bit chip there was a message: delivered in 24 hours.... when i logout the message was: delivered in 3 days.... Now it is 2 weeks ago and i'm still waiting!! I had order it on de german version of divineo!

I have sent three emails to them but no answer!!

I hate to say it but....same here.  This place sucks.  They said it was in stock when it obviously was not.  I would have been willing to wait or pre-order...but no....they lie.  SO here I am I even paid for overnight shipping!  I have asked for a refund of everything INCLUDING the shipping costs since it never shipped.  I think I'm fucked and I won't hear from them again.  Please don't use them!   They will rob you too!

I ordered my chip for next day delivery from the uk store.  A few hours later I got a confirmation email.
Next day, as promised the chip had arrived and worked perfectly. I was very pleased with the service.

bought my x-bit from divineo uk ordered it at like 2pm on a teusday afternoon found it on my desk wednesday morning great service

mad.gif ), but I don't expect them to reply anytime soon.  I am requesting that warnings be posted anywhere possible about this scam.  If they are getting less than 60% (rough guess) approval from the scene they should be BOYCOTTED or BLACK LISTED.

I got an email from Divineo today saying that my order was cancelled due to the "Christmas shipment" running into problems.  I friggin ordered in November and they had it listed as "In Stock" at that time and well afterward.  That is extremely bad business and may be criminal (I know it would be in the US, but not sure about UK).  Up until DMS ran into their problem I have heard mixed reviews about divineo, and now they seem to be all negative.  I would not have gone to them if they were not the most listed vendor on the official DMS site.  I better have my money back within 2 business days since they had no problem with charging me in less than 10 minutes from my order.  

A word of advice to DMS:  Drop this vendor before their bad rep spreads to you also since they are endorsed by you.

Unfortunately I did want to play with the X-B.I.T., but it looks like I'll have to now get an Xecuter2.x chip.

I totally agree, I'm so pissed at them right now I can't type. But it's along the same lines as your experience. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!!

-- the new slogan of DIVINEO, now that their scam is out of the bag.

I have been ripped off $68.99, too!  But, get this.... I was told my card would not be charged until the product was shipped.  Well, on TUESDAY I am charged on my VISA card $68.99 from Divineo, well the VERY NEXT DAY (WEDNESDAY) I receive an e-mail saying they will not have stock and there is no definite time when [if] refund is to be expected!!!!!  I mean, THEY ADMIT TO RIPPING OFF 5000+ PEOPLE LIKE THIS!! WHAT IN THE HELL IS GOING ON HERE!!! They are just taking a $300,000+ cash loan (if you do the math right) on everybody else's $$$!!!!  This is not legal at all!  I am affiliated with an attorney!!!  All I can suggest is IMMEDIATELY calling your CREDIT CARD ISSUING BANK to file a CLAIM IMMEDIATELY on this company!!  I did at 12:49am on Thursday morning, when I read the e-mail I received on Wednesday night at 8:52pm!!

YOU SHOULD CALL YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY NOW!! GET THEM WHILE THEY ARE STILL IN TOWN!! i ordered 10 xecuter lite from them when they were brand new. the US shop was the only one offering them these days. so i emailed them and we agreed to send the package from UK. (nearer as i live in europe)
they took a week or so but sent it free of charge with fedex from their uk shop which was pretty cool.

all 10 mods were 100% ok and i m happy that i made the deal with them as they were really cheap

After being jerked around for about a week now.  I placed an order for 25 on sunday, emailed me monday for verification from my creditcard. They say my order will be shipped out the next day.  I get an email today:

Sorry but your order have been canceled and refunded..  (refund can take few days to appear on your credit card statement)
We didn't got enough X23L..
You simply have to re-order from divineo.co.uk
They have more in stock..
