Fs: 60gb Ps3 Upgraded To 320gb 3.55 Kmeaw Cfw
« on: February 12, 2012, 10:01:00 PM »

I have a 60gb PS3 Backward Compatible (Plays PS1, PS2 & PS3 games) system that was reballed back in November. It worked wonderfully until 2 days ago when it YLOD on me. I reflowed the GPU (There seemed to have been excess Thermal paste on the chip) as the BGA solder balls are now lead and got it working again. I'm done spending money and time on this system. I'm not sure when it will YLOD again. The older Phat consoles are notorious for this issue, even when a full reball has taken place. This is why I'm selling this console for cheap. The system is jailbroken and on the 3.55 Kmeaw CFW and has not been online. You can update it the latest FW if you like which will give you the ability to play online, etc.  I have upgraded the hard drive to a 320gb WD Scorpio blue.

I am selling for $175 FIRM, shipped domestically (From California) only (Sorry my Canadian friends, but shipping a console there is too much of a hassle and expensive on both parts). I accept Paypal only (gift) and will ship the console via either UPS or USPS Priortiy
.
THE SYSTEM HAS BEEN REBALLED THEN YLOD, REFLOWED AND IS NOW WORKING.

The reball was done at www.fixmygpu.com if anyone is curious. I still have the photo of my chip being replaced.

The system will come with the RCA cables, A/C adapter, sixaxis controller and manuals
