from what i hear they are discontinued and the refurbishes are now using used diodes i hope to god this is false statement
either case everywhere i look they are out of stock except for large wholesalers and I imagine they are out and have not pulled the listing
with millions (or more) of single laser units do not understand why they would discontinue laser units and diodes
I did find a few places that had them but where $55 each and from china.
I ordered 3 400a's lasers for $55 each today. So for diodes I cant see paying $55
