I got this ps3 as a trade for my modding services.
It functions just fine, it just does not have a bluray drive.

The person I got it from said the drive was messed up so he took it out, so the system has been opened before(obviously, lol) so I am asking $63 shipped for it. It includes the power cable and av cable. No controller or other accessories come with it. I will ship by USPS or Fedex.

Any questions PM me or AIM me. I have tested the system and all other functions seem to be ok as far as I can see. The case is a little dusty and has some scratches on it.

Is the drive board with it? Also is it backwards compatible ?

No the guy didnt have the drive and he put it in a new case. I don't believe 40gb are backwards compatible.
