Manual, sampler disk, 32 MB memory stick duo (unopened)
Extra extended capacity battery
Standard battery (unopened)
Score UMD case (best UMD case available)
Logitech clear screen shield (not shown in pic)
UMD protector cases (not shown)

I bought this unit for my collection, and it's been sitting in the box ever since. I'm getting rid of some gaming items I'm not using.
