Quit Games

Sometimes when I play a game im getting bored and want to change it for another of my games.
How do I get back to the dash?
Or do I need to lift my but from the couch and go to my xbox and "power off - power on"?

Nvm..
The reason I was asking was that the default IGR wasent working, but then I found out that I had disabled it in X3CL :)
