- IPC Soldering specialist, including surface mount technology (i can pull EEPROMs off boards for dumping after bricking!)
- ESD certified (most flashers probably throw your 360 mobo on the carpet under their pc! eeek!)

UPDATE:
I no longer can guarantee my rrod reflow work, as i no longer have my reflow equipment! I would happy to do an xclamp/arctic silver replacement - pricing is $20 with $10 shipping. Warranty is 3 months, and you don't pay if I can't fix it. Thanks!

I live in AK, and Afex helped me out a lot- I tried modding my drive myself, but somehow ruined it- and he was able to help me out. I now sit with a working 360 again, and all this came for an amazing price. He was also able to correspond throughout the process he went through fixing it.
