so it looks like you must have access to some secret web that I am not able to access.

So far I have only found 3 methods online to unban your console/return HD functionality:

1. Flash a backup of your own unbanned nand to your HD

2. Unban a console using the NAND of an unbanned console and your CPU Key

3. Dump your nand, edit it (it seems the old secdata.bin is still intact in the flash) and reflash.

all of those above require a NAND dump of some sort.
