Looking For And Installer To Teach Me (in Person) How To Mod/flash My

I would like to learn how to mod/flash my xbox 360. I read and watched tutorials but I do not understand. I have 2 xbox's modded but I sent them to dude in philly to get them done. I will compensate you from your time and travel. Please PM me to discuss further. I am willing to travel also but not out of south jersey/philly area. I will need you to supply all the tools and materials needed.
