My New Skin...

This is my first Evox skin. I took a simple approach. Please tell me if there are any conflicting elements in my skin (such as header redundancy). Also I am aware that where the clock will be displayed will overlap with the menu, I am in the process of changing this (planning on moving it to the top right). I have already submitted the file to allxboxskins.com but it is currently being reviewed.
