Needed, Xbox 360 Firmware Flasher In Tokyo

Hey everyone, I've just moved out to Tokyo and bought an xbox to replace the one I left at home, however I now realise sadly I miss it to much and have bought a Japanese one. I'd love to get it chipped, but even after a day of asking around Akihabara and even though I'm more than willing to pay, I haven't had any luck. Can anyone help me out?
