Xbox 360 Flashing Needed -- Lancaster, Uk

I reside in Lancaster, United Kingdom and I am looking to pay someone to flash my Hitachi 79 drive with the latest version of the xtreme firmware.  I would prefer someone very close so I could drive to meet you.

I am looking to pay between £25 - £30.
