For further information about my Xbox 360 Elite. I bought it new in December 2007. It has been flashed with the latest iXtreme firmware and functions correctly. The flashing was done by a ChiTownModz worker ExCon aka Karl.

Thanks for the feedback. The drive is ready i fixed it. I had to really  do a miracle on this one but now it works

Update MOdding LIte on by the end of the Week. just testing a couple thing that might be better then just replacing the drive.

Now modding Lite-on drives. BY extracting key and Swapping(AND SPOOFING) them with Brand new Samsungs MS28.

How Safe is the NME 2.0 on Live when playing backups compared to the new ixtreme. I know they say it is 100% but then they also have the network disabler and also say that they recommend not playing backups online. Seems to contradict themselves or have a "read the fine print" after what they claim.

Also you have to alter the backup to play them. Wouldn't that make it more detectable?

Might be interested in going that route if it is indeed safe.
