Mod Chip Installer Needed

I'm looking for someone in Pennsylvania(lebanon, lancaster, harrisburg, palmyra, or myerstown, possibly york, or even someplace closer or maybe a little farther than those) that would order and install a wiikey modchip for me. I'm willing to pay 40 for the chip, and 25 for labor. it would be a local thing, so i would go to wherever you are to have it installed.
