I have used both Verbatim DVD-R and DVD+R (burned at 4X using Imgburn on a Pioneer DVR-111D).

They both work fine in my case, but I have seen people mentioning DVD-R a lot more.
I believe that may be due to earlier generation chips (Wiikey) compatibility or lack thereof) with +R?
My D2CKey plays both (-R and +R) fine, but I don't know whether I should perhaps preferably be using -R for quciker loading or better compatibility with future chipsets?

My burner may be automatically bitsetting to DVD-ROM, which should make them easier to read. I need to double check that.

Should post pics of your Wii mods too Haze  We know you do a terrific job with them.  The FlexPCB really keeps the installations neat.

i know they say that good things are worth waiting for but i'm impatient.....I had haze change controller leds, a couple rings of light and fix a dvd drive.......I waited but in the end it was well worth it!!!!!

I think I have replied to every one now.  If I missed you, please let me know.  I have been a little under the weather...seems there is  some type of Flu going around.  
So, if I am a little slower than normal getting back to you I am probably taking a nap.   I feel like crap!




One more thing.  I am going to try to get everyone to start going through my site to place orders.  It will help me out a lot in keeping things organized.  I am really getting so many orders now it is hard to keep up with them when it is all done through PMs and email.

Ordering through my site will be better because I will have all the customers info in one place and I will also have the ability to print out packing slips for each order.
