Simple:

1 skinning tool. (i recommend EvoX Skinner v1.2.7)
2 images of your choice (jpg / bmp)

Load them up, edit whatever you want on the skin. (like Time, Drivespace..etc)
Save.  

Remember, when saving a skin in this tool the skin will end up in a folder with a "name" of your choice. If you have to rename the folder, then you must also change the name in the ini. file. (wich is in the skin folder)

However, i dont recommend this if you`re a noob.

Then just upload the skin via ftp to your evox skin folder in the C drive.
