Top-notch customer service, personable, fast, and cheap.

Had an Xbox 360 with a DVD drive that wouldnt read game discs anymore.
Patrick tried swapping out the PCB board with another drive, then tried a whole new drive, still no go. He then discovered that an IC on the PCB was toast. So instead of giving up, he removed the chip, and resoldered a new one onto the PCB board.
All this was done while he was sick too.

I essentially had a completely dead 360, and he resurrected it.

He only charged me 65 bucks for the new DVD drive, and 15 for the labor. Service like this would cost WAY more anywhere else in the city, and it probably wouldnt have been fixed.

From the time I took it in, to when I got it back, it was only 3 days. Most of that time was waiting for a part to come in.

Well worth the hour drive from Millwoods.

great service nice guy will help out the newbies like myslef, modded and cleaned my xbox. he knows what he's doing. well worth the drive

I had my xbox modded by Patrick just yesterday. He did an excellent job on my wii.

I would have to say that he is the fastest person in replying emails, i was amazed. Most people would take like an hour or even days but not Pat. He takes around 5-10 mins to reply. What i'm saying is, he answers all my confusion and questions fast.

Setting up the appointment was easy. It only took him 30 mins or so to modd it. I had myself something to eat and waited it out, worth every minute as well. After that he would call me and let me know that it is done. Went over there and he hooked up the box and showed me that it all worked even with one of his backup games.

Also it wasn't even hard to find his place it's worth the drive to stony plain even though i live in Edmonton.

I will sure be doing business with him again if I ever mod another console.

patrick modded my wii over a year ago and still answers questions i have regarding any modding questions i have. when i get a 360 i will definately take it to him to get modded.

when he did my wii i dropped off the wii and it was done before i was finished dinner.

and his email responses are near instant!

Hey,

I just got my Wii Modded the other night, Patrick showed me the device was working and how clean his work is before he closed up the Wii and then tested it again.

I brought it home and was playing my "Backed up" media right away with Zero Problems.

I will definatly reccomend patrick to anyone I meet who is interested in any modding.

I got my wii modded by him a little while ago and it seems to be in top notch order....will recomend in the future.....fast reliable and assured me that if he broke it that he would get me another one.....good guy even though you have to travell a bit to get there......awesome job...

I gave him my xbox and ide hard drive and he installed it just like he said he would. I went and took a look in home depot for a few minutes and got a call back saying hes done, ALREADY. Thanks Pat

I decided this afternoon to get my Wii modded. I emailed Pat and within minutes he emailed me back, and within an hour he was making it happen. When it was done he showed me the clean installation and that it worked. Pat could obviously be doing this in his sleep.

I went to see Patrick yesterday to have my Wii modded, also needed another couple of items that he sells.

The install was real fast, he did it while I waited, Before he closed it up he showed me the work to ensure I was happy then he tested it with both a real game and the backup for it.

While he was doing the install he answered questions I had about my 360 and gave me sound advise that stopped me from spending money that I otherwise would have done.

I found Patrick while searching for a Kreon drive to back up my 360 games and sent he an email, less then 15 minutes later I had an answer and set up an appointment for the next day.

Great guy and REALLY great work for very little money.

Patrick did both my wii and xbox 360. Very fast at doing it. He has done hundreds of mods so you know your getting someone with experience. Both work perfectly fine with great customer support.

Patrick went out of his way to deliver the Xbox 360 to me and answered any questions that I had about making backups. I was very impressed with his easy to follow tutorials and the other information that was offered on his site. Made my first backup without any problems (no coasters).

I will definitely be a returning customer in the near future.
