Modchip Installer In Ont?

if there is a good trusted modchip installer in ontario i need to upgrade my hdd but having problems i can suply the hdd i was wondering if i could get it installed without a chip.  
and if there is an installer in the ajax pickering or oshawo area that would be even better.
