Sold xzphatboizx69 an Xbox 360 Core on release date.

We agreed to do 100 up front and then 450 on delivery of the xbox. As he had good references I agreed to this.

On November 22nd I received 100 via paypal.
On November 23rd I shipped.
On December 3rd he received the Xbox. (Thanksgiving holiday slowed UPS down some.)
He claimed he was out of town for a week starting the 1st and wouldnt be able to send me omney til he got back. During this time he was online on X-S several times, including the post about receiving his xbox 360 above.
A week passes and after a few emails that don't get responded to and a few pms that arent responded to I have to threaten him with reporting him to paypal to get a response, at which point he says he has no money, but he'll get it.
More time passes and I get no response to emails and PMs sent and after more threats I receive on December 21st, 191 bucks and a PM asking if this would be ok as he has all these bills due to requiring a lawyer. (I won't give out the details on this part) He asks if this will be enough as he has all these new lawyer bills and this is all I spent on my Xbox Core anyway.
I reply that if he could come up with the 50 bucks to cover tax and shipping I'd consider it.
Granted then I see that he's been buying other things on X-S since telling me he couldnt pay me

An example, on Dec 18th. It may have been nice had he sent this to me as he owes it to me.

So as far as I see it the agreement was 550 Total for it shipped. I've received 291, which means I'm owed $259.

Ill edit this post upon receiving proper payment.

Wow this is BS.  Rylinkus, a dedicated moderator to XS, gets jipped for over 200$.  I'd lock this kids thread ban him and request info from his ISP if I were you Rylinkus.  Thats just F'ed up.  Over 2 months now?  Call his house and talk to his parrents or something.  I hate to see people get jipped, escpecally a moderator!

If you guys are looking for are looking for a reliable modder in the SoCal area, I've been in the game longer than this guy.  I was taught by SmokeIngIt (mark).  Many of you guys know of his work quality, and yes, I do the same.  I have had numerous boxes come back for me to work on that WhiteBlazer has worked on.  8 boxes to be exact.  Send me a PM, I do ps2/psp/ngc/nds/360.  This isn't a thread jacking, I just don't like seeing people get bad service or worst yet, RIPPED OFF!!!  Please, don't purchase anything from this guy.
