Yeah, ex-con, it's pretty bad. And I don't mean to pile on the dude, it certainly seems like he's got enough on his plate at the moment. But speaking from a purely selfish point of view, if I would have known that this would happen, I would never have sent him my consoles in the first place. Buzzjockey is losing a lot of goodwill with this crisis, and I'm sure he's not happy about it either, but in business, the customer is always right. And no customer should expect to wait 3 months for his boxes to be returned...
Zeosstud, contacting him sounds like a great idea, only he only responds by email whenever he's back in town. I live in IL, so driving to his place isn't possible, besides according to him he's mostly out of town. I don't know what's going on with the dude, maybe he's scamming, maybe he's not, but his actions really make me feel like he's taken my money and my consoles to pay his rent/gambling debts/drug debts.
I know that's a crappy thing to say, but this whole thing has gotten so shady that if you told me Buzzjockey went on a 2 week crack binge with my money I wouldn't be surprised. Disappointed, but not surprised...
