why dont you just call him... email... IM...or just wait. if he has it, he'll be in contact... if hes a troll, then you best be calling the cops, but its too early to tell, so just sit tight, and try to get ahold of him

You should tell him to give everything back but as least u got ur xboxs back which are more valuable than the chip is i would just forget it and get someone that is trustworthly to install ur stuff i could do it if you are interested email me [email protected].

Don't be so quick to judge.  I've found that fedex delivery people are brainless sometimes.  One person sent me something and instead of delivering it to my address he went somewhere else down the street.  The sender ended up having to go through fedex claims dept to get money back.  

Also, I used to live in a 6 unit apartment complex, a guy lived across from me that knew I did xboxs and if he saw a large package out in front of my door he'd pick it up cause he didn't want anyone else strolling by to take it.  I wouldn't find out until a day later or so, but he'd let me know.

As for the xenium, can't really say anything except he's at fault for not sending it back.
