I recently moved...before I did...I could login to my xbox through ftp no problem. Now that I've moved my ip address is different...so i had to reconfig my evox.ini file and burn another iso...that's where I'm at now. I load up my evox dashboard but when I try to connect it says: socket connected waiting for login sequence...and then it'll time out or sometimes it'll say enter username and goes through but never gets to the password part...any suggesstions? thanks in advance for the help

You changed the IP and subnet on your xbox to match one on your computer right?

How is your IP address different?

yea i changed it to the current settings...my ip changed in the last two parts of the ip address xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx so i just reconfiged my evox.ini to match that ip, except for the last part that can't be exactly the same because you can't have the same ip on your pc and your xbox...so i just changed it by one number like i did the first time I connected to my xbox..but this time it doesn't work

well actually, i figured it out on my own...it was my firewall...oddly enough it would show as if it was connecting but when it came time to login...it would time out...thanks for the info though
