Slayer's Question

I'm using SlaYer's Auto-Installer 2.5 as a boot disc to get back into my HDD.  To do this I am trying to connect via FTP.  Thing is, I can't seem to connect.  When I go into SlaYer's "System Settings" the IP in blue shows "0.0.0.0" but below that it says the IP is "192.168.1.200".  I have adjusted my comps' network configs countless times.  The questions dealing with this are:  1) why is my xbox showing 2 different IP addresses? ... 2) what are the "name" and "pass" I need to connect?  Hit me what whatever you know about any of this.  Thanks a lot.

I don't think you can ftp using slayers boot disk because slayers installs everything for you dash,apps,formats drive,etc. and my slayers 2.5 has the same thing my static ip is set to no and it shows 0.0.0.0 and at the bottom has 192.168.1.200 and I try to connect but can't after I used slayers then I was able to use flash fxp to connect.

 Not sure I'm understanding the last part of your stAtement.  You were finally Able to connect?  I'm not at all looking to install SlaYer's goodies on my xbox, I just simply want to use it to enAble FTP access.  When I try to connect, my xbox is showing there is a link, but somehow it's not a complete one (connection).  I guess what I need to do is chAnge the settings on my comp, but I am not sure what to use as the IP.  And like you said necrodiety, I have assumed it was xbox x2 for the nAme and pass, but thAnks for further confirmAtion.  I'm open to all advice.  ThAnks

I mean I used slayers to format my new 160gb hdd but just to see if I could ftp using the slayers boot disk I could not.I already had a evox v3935 boot disk made so I could install evox cause I didn't want to use slayers cause slayers has evox v3921 after I was done formatting I used my evox boot disk installed evox then I ftp'd with flash fxp.

Gotcha, and mAy I sAy, I am jealous.  This whole not being Able to get back into my xbox is really driving me nuts now.  But I'm gonna try to get on a Windows machine and mAke an .iso.  Thanks for clarifying, and I'm STILL open to advice.  Gracias.
