i live in MD and i'm wondering if i can ship you my cousins xbox.  I already have a modded xbox and we  were going to do his but his needs repair work done to it.  It has no modd chip but yet when you turn it on it flashes on and off twice then goes to the green and red light.  I'm not sure whats wrong with it but we were wondering if you could help.  Thank you.  I will ship anywhere just put in what it would cost and how long you will take with it.  Thanks you again
