Ftp Problem
« on: September 25, 2004, 10:15:00 PM »

This is what I have done so far.
I have Xecuter Lite 2.3b modchip installed on my xbox
I burned a bootdisc of evox.
I connect my xbox and my computer with an crossover cable.
When I connect them and turn on my xbox.  I knows is connected but it puts the IP of the computer as 0.0.0.0
I already change the IP of my computer to 192.168.0.2, and my xbox ip is 192.168.0.3
And it still does not work.  I do not know what to do.  Please help.

Yes I am using a crossover cable.  I changed the default gateway and it still doesn't work.
The Xbox knows is connected but it does not know the ip address of the computers.  It always displays it to be 0.0.0.0

I used to think that.  But I used my crossover cable to connect to another xbox and it work.
My xbox knows it is connected to something because it detects the MAC address and puts FullDuplex or somthing like that.  But it always displays the IP to be 0.0.0.0 instead of 192.168.0.1

Thank you very much for replying.  I hope you know an answer for this problem.
