Mod upgrades currently available for on-site installation:-
TSOP flash (using EvoX M7, because it's not buggy like X2 BIOSes!)
LPCMOD V2.0 (older Xboxes only) with optional disable switch
XENIUM (genuine, not a clone, flashed with EvoX M7 and X2 4981)
In all cases you can choose between red, green or blue mod-BIOSes at the time of installation. TSOP-flashes or LPCMOD chips are write-protected after installation to prevent accidental/malicious erasure.
EVERY Xecuter mod I've come across has been faulty, has been made using poor-quality components or (in one recent case) has damaged the Xbox motherboard, so I don't fit them and don't recommend them.
Hard drives currently fitted are Hitachi 7K250 123.5GB 7200RPM drives. All save-games are transferred across to the new drive, so you won't have to start all over again.
Other upgrades now available (done at the same time as any of the above upgrades):-
Coaxial SPDIF output socket (Dolby Digital 5.1)
Remote Power Switch jack (3.5mm jack socket at rear for connecting a pushbutton power switch, ideal for in-car installs)
Also installed as part of any upgrade are:-
EvolutionX 3935 (with a customised, easy-to-understand menu - NOT a Slayers menu!)
Over 100 trainers
Over 170 skins (200 if you want the "tasty" ones as well)
DVD-X 2
Enigmah Videomode Selector
Px HDD Loader 1.3a
Xbox Media Player 2.4
29 homebrew games
HuGo (a PC Engine games console emulator)
Upgrade also comes with a 24-page manual and a CD full of PC utilities to make the most of your modded Xbox.
And a 12-month on-site guarantee.
