Ps2 installs only on version 4 and up. Untamed Media will NOT be responsible for any laser problems before or after any modification. This is a known problem with some PS2s as sony uses cheap lasers. There are replacment lasers available and places to send to get service done to fix this problem. We will advise the user on these options.

We will perform a hd swap for you and lock the new drive to prep it for xboxlive, etc on request. Please message for prices on this. Or you can send us a drive and we will swap it, set it up and lock it for free.

Turn-around time is 2-3 days, but service is done in the order it was received. You will be contacted through the whole process and reported of any problems or change to the 2-3 day policy. Orders are never expected to go more than a week. If something comes up and this is the case you will be advised of the situation and refunded in full if you wish.
