Hey guys, sorry if this was posted already but i couldn't be bothered reading through all 12 pages. I just wanted to say that i reckon it'll be kool once they don find out hwo to mod it because unlike other previous consoles the 360 has software running in the background(the guide)which would mean that if you could replace the guide then presumably you could run software in the backgorund which could open up a whole world of new possibilities.

I dont know why everyones excited for homebrew, right now it seems like  its completely out of the picture.. Like almost everyone else, xbox 360 is nothing without xbox live, so i would rather have LIVE than backups.

When I can do on an Xbox 360 what I can do on my Xbox w/XBMC.. I will buy an Xbox 360.

More into the video than the games.. I just can't afford the storage to store my recordings in dvr-ms, do I covert to divx. I don't count converting divx to ms wmv on the PC on-the-fly and sending to Xbox 360 as a good solution.

I do not know why you haven't been banned yet, you have no respect for the TOS of live or these forums and really lack in morals.

Grow up, get a job and buy the games you want.

i dont care that what i do bothers you so much your anal attitude toward what i or anyone else does just tells me that you a prick with nosy neighbour syndrome how about you get a fuckin job and keep your nose out of my fucking business you clearly have too much time on your hands if the best thing you get to do is point your god damned finger at peaple on this forum telling them what in your opinion is right and wrong.

do us all a favour get layed or atleast remove your butt plug.

I do not point out what 'I' think is right or wrong, it is the LAW, you know that little thing that separates criminals from hard working citizens? No? I guess you haven't heard of it.
The fact that you go on to insult me shows you have nothing to justify your actions. I have a job while studying a masters degree in physics so don't have a lot of time on my hands, but enough time to argue with you what is morally right or wrong, which you will loose because I have the law on my side.
You say to stay out of your business when you welcome confrontation when posting comments like;

Which is obviously just to provoke people who obey the law and have the decency to buy the game.

I will not argue you with you further, I don't have the will or the energy. Enjoy your stolen games, I hope you can sleep at night knowing how many people you will put out the job in your lifetime.

I'm waiting for homebrew the games right now are some what impressive for a console. But I honestly dont use my x360 much at all. I use my xbox1 with my bios loading xbmc. I mostly download like TV shows in Xvid format and I like to ftp the files to my xbox1 and watch them or burn them on disc. I know you can stream it but the content still looks chopy so I just dont like messing with that. But it would be nice once homebrew is figured out on the x360 cause I could then just use one machine to do everything. I think the x360 is powerful enought it could do PS2 eumlation but we wont know until we can get homebrew running. I hate the fact MS did make this system very secure. I understand the Xbox1 was so easy to break. but even sony's systems are not this tight in security. I know a good precent of people hack the system for backups and pirating but it really just makes it worse for the ones who want it for consoldation. think if a Hack came out tomorow or the next day the x360 would most likely be able to replace all the current systems on the market. Sony PS2 & PSP and Nindento's game cube. all with 1 system. that would be so great. but of corse that would take a hack. I know what I said is sounds like I'm premoting piraticy but I'm really just looking to use 1 system. I've even taking this approch on my PC stuff. because now I can get a Mac and load Windows XP on boot camp. 1 computer runs both worlds this is why I like homebrew people are sick of having 10 diffrent machines to do the same thing! Maybe the new PS3 will be easyer and have more of a chance at hacking homebrew.

tongue.gif LAWS
For all that keep saying I want homebrew....not piracy. MS thinks of you as one in the same. You most certainly violate MS intellectual property rights by altering any part software/hardware of MS original design. So in the eyes of the LAW everyone who changes thier xbox is a criminal.
Look no further than the 22 yr old in the UK. He was sentenced for not only pirated games but ALSO for modding his xboxes.

So hello to all you fellow criminals.

not supporting piracy with this post, but pointing out that xbox1 homebrew such as emulators and XBMC are compiled with MS Copyrighted library's, therefore making them illegal. i wouldn't consider someone a criminal as opposed to a hardworking citizen as you put it, for wanting to play some SNES games or watch XviD on an xbox

yeah moding our consoles breaks the law I know this.
Softmod using open-source exploit, open-source BIOS patcher, open-source dashboard which doesn't need libraries from Microsoft (OpenXDK), not living in the USA...

Priceless. Or you just run Linux which is also legal, even in the USA (if done correctly, that is). wink.gif

By the way, I never heard of anyone getting sued for modding an Xbox and for putting XBMC on it. It's always those idiots who sell modded consoles with a bunch of pirated games. Depending on which country you live in, you might even get away with modding an Xbox console just for Xbox Media Center. For example, an EULA isn't always a legal document...

open source has NOTHING to do with the libraries it needs, and softmod users use the same unleash-x/avalaunch/evo-x as everyone else. also softmod users load the same bios into memory that a modchip user or tsop flash user would have with the exception that they patch their illegal bios with a BFM flag wink.gif
