31 (32 in October) - had a computer or console or one kind or another throughout my life!

First one I think was a 'Grandstand' - an all in one unit with paddles that played 5 'pong' style games.

Next was a good ol trusty 2600, which all I remember was Circus Atari making me laugh as you missed the landing on the see-saw and Decathlon giving you a nasty bruise in the centre of your palm as you tried to waggle the ol' black joystick to get the guy to run!

In chronological order, the following systems kept me amused over the years:

Oric-1 / Atmos, Atari 800XL, Commodore 64, Atari ST, Amiga 500, Megadrive, SNES and Playstation. Have had PCs too, but wouldn't count them as games machines.

Now got the Xbox and 360 - it really is amazing as to how far we've come in the last 30 years
