XBMC is the main Dash on all 3 of my Boxes

I used to use UnleashX as my default dashboard too and used XBMC as the secondary app. Now that I have a 360 though I made XBMC the default dashboard, since that is about all I use the poor old Xbox for now. The Mediacenter stuff on the 360 leaves a lot to be desired.

XBMC is awesome. all i do is turn on my box play halo 2 on xlink never have to go to pc if it's already connected. scripts make anything possible

man it takes like 2 seconds to ftp evox on and xbmc off. once the xml file is configured all you have to do is ftp which dash you want to use i use xbmc most the time but ftp evox over to use trainers sometimes

same, it's kind of weird, i consider xbox media center, a next generation program (with the streaming, i don't know of a really cheap, affordable device that can do this) , on a, well now, old generation system, still, xbox media center is defintitely awesome stuff

I wonder what version of XBMC the people that "have it and don't use it" are using. Did I actually see someone mention XBMP? No wonder they dont use it that often.

I voted Yes.
ITs installed (not as dash) in my xbox. And also in the about 60-70 xboxes i've soldered to my friends. All with XBMC and using it a lot. Preferred "media center" machine instead of anything in the market.

Thanks to MS, and thanks to all the People that worked on this developments. From "h a c k i n g" to programming.. throw modchip manufacturers.. ALL. THANKS. You made our life better.

PS: For default dashboard i prefer Avalaunch. (i use also unleashx some times...)

I had a really old version of XBMC installed from about a year ago or something and still thought it was really good for all my music/pictures/vids etc. That was untill 3 days ago when i updated to the newest release!!. Good god!! Its fucking excellent!!. Its really advanced since earlier versions, super smooth and runs like a professionally made retail media player. I still use Avalaunch as my default dash but thats just because I like the way the games menu is set out. For everything else its XBMC all the way.

I use xbmc for porn lots but use unleash x for my default dash (really easy to use and configure). Xbmc is the greatest thing ever, really nice I love it. But my xbox broke a week ago and now im buying a chip to fix it.
