Replace 80gig With 250gig-help Me

You need to format it to enable the G: drive, been a few years since i've done it so you'll have to search around but at least now you have an idea of what you need to do.

Hope it helps.

The chip is irrelevant - it's the BIOS that determines how your disk is set up. Which BIOS do you have?

It's most likely that the rest of your space is in G. Enable G in your dash, and format it.

If that doesn't work you need to format the disk with XBPartitioner 1.1, and also possibly flash a different BIOS, but just try enabling G first.

Righto, you'll need to reflash that modchip.

EvoX M8+ can be patched prior to flashing in order to add the LBA48 support you need. EVTool can do this for you, though pre-patched versions are floating around the 'net - they usually have a ".6" or ".67" in their filename.

There are other BIOS types around the place that also work (eg, X2 4981 or 5035, and the IND BIOS), though whatever you use, make sure it's compatible with your specific X-Box version. Some BIOS versions have multiple releases for different X-Box versions.
