Perhaps the "keyholders" should be identified...
and where does identifying the keyholders get you? it gives you a target to blame, but thats about it. knowing who has the ability to make changes doesn't actually get things changed or put you in contact with the right people.
we all want to see the site turned around and restored to a fully functional state, and those of us who are still left are doing everything we can to try to find someone who has the access rights to make that happen.
