Hello, I accidently fried my drive by inserting the power cable upside down,
I have no way of getting the code myself.
The chip doesn't look fried but the very corner where the hot glue is is burnt, it donesn't appear like it touched the chip at all though.
If you know how to retrieve the codes, please message me and tell me how much you would charge.

I have a jtagged xbox with all the map packs for COD 5. I want to play 4 player nazi zombies from one console, is this possible?

I've read somewhere that it can be done but you need to connect to xbox live to invite peeps but obviously i don't wanna go online now that my console is jtagged.

Hi all forgive me but I am a newb and that's why I am in this section so please be gentle.

I am looking for a way to be able to play my xbox 360 games as backups so as I don't scratch my originals as some of the 360's are known for.  I have one of these.

In order to do this do I have to mod my 360?  Is there any way to play backups without modding the 360?

What is the difference between soft modding and hard modding the 360?  Is there a preferred way over the other, advantages over the other?

What is the cheapest and most effecient way of modding modding a 360 to play my backups and still be able to play on xbox live without getting banned.  I've heard that this can happen.

Any help would be much appreciated.

hey guys I am trying to flash my 360 using Iprep and I have a question.

I have a Toshiba Samsung H943 drive and Iprep doesn't allow for Samsung Fireware.

I downloaded Ixdef there instructions for this was

"replace ixdef.xml in C:\Program Files\iPrep 101\Resources "

problem is Iprep isn't installed. I only have a folder for it that is on my desktop. I can't seem to get this to work any help.

PS. If flashing my 360 is suppose to be talked about in another forum please let me know.

I am using Iprep 0.12.2.1

I was talking to a friend and they said if I buy a 360 arcade right now that they have a new dashboard that is not hackable. What I really want to do is just play backups. I just didn't want to purchase a new system if I cannot play backups. Also if it is possible to play backups on the newest systems is there anything abnormal one needs to do compared to the older systems?

I did try to search for this but didn't get anything concrete.

I have only made 2 post which were in 2007.
I had unsubscribed in 2007 which was sucessful then late last year I started to get the posts again, I had not been to the site.
I have done everything I can and still cannot get rid of these posts.
Surely an administrator can either close my account or just ban me.

I have a lycos account which is free, the blocking facility is only available  on the subscription account.
I have tried changing account address but I still receive the posts.
I will go and get some legal advice, I am sick of my email address being bombarded with these posts
