If they don't, I hope they can add it for those of us who like to know which hour of the day it is.

As of now, it's not possible to change your time settings between 12-hour and 24-hour formats.

If the forums were to adopt the 24-hour format, or implement a method that would allow members to choose between the two formats, it would be at the decision of an administrator.
