I would need to see a picture. Is it a copper strip like a wire hanging off the PSU?

You can link to a picture on another site. Most people use one of the picture hosting places like photobucket.

I haven't seen one of these and the pics at Llama are too blurry.

My only thought is that it's using the RF shielding as a ground, though I have no idea whether that's a "good thing" or not.
