hi I have 2 xbox psu (a 1.6 and a 1.2-1.5) and i was wondering if they can be used with a PC

I'm pretty sure that the wiring is different in the xbox power connector.

I know that but you can use a pc atx with an Xbox so why not the other way

I guess if you change the wiring and if it outputs enough watts to power your pc it may work but i doubt it will be powerful enough.

I’m was planning to use it with a micro-itx mother board witch which can run off about 60watts but is it really as simple as connecting the wires up or do I need to do some other stuff to.

The above topic gives some insite information about the differences between the xbox supply and an atx supply.
